The Ministry of Music offers opportunities for all ages and abilities. Part of our purpose is to develop the God-given talents of all who participate. Psalm 33:3 – “Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.” Our mission is that through music our God will be glorified. With humble hearts filled with thanksgiving, we lift our song to the One to whom all praise belongs!

The backbone of the music ministry is found in the Chancel Choir. The choir has a membership of over forty singers who lead in a blended/traditional style of worship on Sunday mornings at 11:00. Anthems are selected from a vast choral library containing a wide range of musical styles including hymn settings, gospel favorites, spirituals, contemporary songs and time-honored standards.

The TBC Orchestra offers an added dimension to our worship as the sounds of stringed instruments, brass, woodwinds and percussion are lifted up in praise to the Lord. (Psalm 150) We are blessed with musicians who desire to serve with skills that range from the high school to professional level. For some, this ministry offers an opportunity to dust off instruments and join with like-minded Christians, using abilities that once lay dormant. We welcome those from the community who desire to be a part of this ministry.
